At Ozivle, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

5-Day Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and personal care products cannot be returned.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
